Motivated Employees (m/f/d)
For the decommissioning of nuclear facilities, we, Westerbeck Group GmbH, are looking for committed and motivated employees.
Whether you are a skilled worker, craftsperson or career changer – unskilled workers are also given the opportunity to prove themselves with us. It does not matter whether you are just starting out or already a seasoned professional.
The only requirements are a willingness to work on-site (assembly work) and a genuine interest in learning something new.
Our main locations at present are Biblis (Hesse) and Gundremmingen (Bavaria), with further sites planned.
What we offer
- Above-average pay, i.e. clearly above the minimum wage – including for career changers and unskilled workers

What we expect
- Practical skills in manual work (sawing, screwing, grinding, etc.)
- Forklift and crane licences are desirable, but not strictly required
- Ability to work independently after an induction period
- Minor criminal offences are generally not a problem (subject to the required reliability check – ZÜP)
- Age-appropriate physical fitness
- Willingness, where suitable, to work under difficult conditions (mask, second protective suit, etc.)
- Strict compliance with regulations, occupational safety and radiation protection requirements
